Luna Lovegood is the funniest character of Harry Potter who is introduced in Harry Potter and the order of Phoenix. Luna is described as a funny, strange and innocent girl. She usually makes everybody laugh by talking about strange things. Harry finds Luna as a good friend in his loneliness and thinks that she is a good-natured person while other students of Hogwarts think the opposite. They use to disturb Luna so much by hanging her possessions in the air but still Luna does not take any reaction.
Luna has always been very nice to everybody on the other hand, she is a bit strange.She makes people think that she is mad by telling them stories about different magical creatures which in other’s opinion do not exist. She always praises her father for publishing such a good news paper name as the Quibbler and says that her father supports the truth. Her habit of reading the Quibbler up-side-down makes everybody laugh even Harry sometimes laughs at her stupid tricks. Luna says that according to the magazine if you turn the runs on their heads they reveale a spell to turn your enemy’s ear into kumquats.
Luna likes Ginny so much as she always stops everyone from making fun of Luna. In Harry’s fifth year Harry sees a strange creature which, to his surprise was invisible to everyone. Luna tells Harry that it is nothing to be worried about. its normal. Only those people can see it that has seen any person dying and she can see them too. Harry felt shy because he did not want anybody else to think that he was as strange as Luna.
Now reaching her next year at Hogwarts, Luna wears her most funny and stupid spectacles, making everybody laugh on the train including Harry. Luna feels extremely good when Harry asks her to go to the Slug horn’s party as friends. Luna looks pretty at the party; in fact she was pretty if she stops wearing stupid things,Moreover, Luna gets kidnapped in her next year at Hogwarts. She has been playing an important role in helping Ginny and Neville to continue to run Dumbledore’s army, which Harry, Ron, and Hermione has started before. She also gives Harry some great information to reach the horcrux of Voldemort.
